1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") are a legal agreement between you and Super Next Technologies Co. L.L.C ("Super Next Technologies", "we", "our" or "us"), Office 1, SH-1, Saih Shuaib 2, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They apply to this website, its content and the free tools offered on it (together, the "website"). By using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms. Paid services, software and products we supply (such as WiFiNexa or managed IT services) are also governed by the separate agreement or order for that service. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement applies to that service.

3. Free network tools
We offer free tools such as speed tests, DNS lookups, latency checks and Wi-Fi checks. They are provided for general information and troubleshooting only:
- Results are estimates and can vary with your device, browser, network conditions and the servers used.
- Use the tools only on networks, domains and systems you own or are authorised to test.
- Do not use the tools to overload, scan, attack or disrupt any network or service, or to automate high-volume requests.
- We may limit, change or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer or decompile the website, its tools or any software we provide.
- Use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Resell or sublicense the website, its tools or any software we provide to third parties.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, logos, graphics and software on the website belong to Super Next Technologies or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business reference, with a link back to the source, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission. Some photos are used under the Unsplash License and remain the property of their creators. Articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
6. Third-party links and services
The website links to or embeds services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and the ElevenLabs voice assistant. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term, and we may suspend or block access to the website for misuse.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
