2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the website and reply to you:
- Information you give us - for example your name, email address, phone number and message when you use the contact form or email us.

3. Contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message. The form is sent by email to our team so we can reply to your enquiry. To prevent spam and abuse, submissions are rate-limited, which involves briefly processing your IP address. We do not sell this information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
4. Cookies, analytics and local storage

Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data, including your IP address, on Google's servers. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Google AdSense - our free network tools and blog articles show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). Our service pages do not show ads.
- Cookie consent banner - on your first visit we show a banner with Accept and Decline. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key
snt_cookie_consent) so we do not ask again. - Language preference - if you switch language, your choice is stored in local storage (key
snt_lang).
Local storage stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
